From Saturday, February 10 to Tuesday, February 13, you’ll have the chance to win two gift certificates to The Bay, good for a movie, popcorn and soda. Just post a photo of you and a significant other, friend, or family member enjoying your time at The Bay (please refrain from taking pictures during film screenings!).
A winner will be drawn at random on Wednesday, February 14 via The Bay Theatre’s Facebook page. Winners must claim their prizes within 72 hours of announcement or forfeit the prize.

This contest is Sponsored by The Bay Theatre (“Sponsor”). This contest is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access, a valid e-mail account and Facebook profile prior to the beginning of the Contest Period.
CONTEST PERIOD
The contest begins at 8:00 a.m. EDT on Saturday, February 10. The Bay’s V-Day Giveaway consists of one opportunity to win. The contest will officially end at 11:59 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, February 13. All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER
A new topic will be announced each week. To enter, participants MUST “like” The Bay Theatre’s Facebook page. Participants should post a photo of you and a significant other, friend, or family member enjoying your time at The Bay on your own Facebook page using the hashtag #LoveFromTheBay. Participants may post to enter as many times as they wish.
WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected and announced on Wednesday, February 14 via The Bay Theatre’s Facebook page. Entrants are responsible for checking the Facebook page to see if they have won.
PRIZES AND PRIZE CLAIMS
The will receive two gift certificates to The Bay Theatre that includes free popcorn and soda. The winner must claim their prize within 72 hours of the winner posts each Thursday by messaging The Bay Theatre on Facebook with their mailing address. The Bay Theatre will redraw a winner for the unclaimed prize after 72 hours.

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the contest, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize.
